Delivery
- We deliver nationwide in South Africa via courier.
- Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after payment (major centres faster, outlying areas longer).
- You will receive tracking details once dispatched.
- Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will arrange collection and replacement or full refund (including original delivery fee).
- Unwanted items: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on cleaning chemicals for health & safety reasons once sealed packaging is opened.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
